My name is Tomislav and I have been active in the sports world for over 15 years. My athletic foundation lies in martial arts, where I practiced judo at a high level. Through that background, I developed discipline, perseverance, and a strong work ethic—qualities that still form the core of my approach today.
By nature, I was always slimly built. The desire to become physically stronger and more muscular introduced me to strength training. What started as a goal to improve myself gradually grew into a serious passion. After years of consistent training, I decided at the age of 26 to compete in my first bodybuilding competition. That experience motivated me to further deepen my knowledge and continue developing within the sport.
Today, I coach both lifestyle clients and bodybuilding athletes. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, a healthier lifestyle, or competition preparation, my coaching is always results-driven and tailored to the individual.
In addition to my sports background, I also have experience working in healthcare. This taught me how important communication, empathy, and motivation are when guiding people. I know how to connect with people, guide them, and challenge them to get the best out of themselves. Helping people move forward—both physically and mentally—is not just something I do; it is my passion.
My coaching style is direct and goal-oriented. I work with a hard work mentality: no excuses, no victim mindset—just consistent effort toward progress. Expect honesty, structure, and commitment, from me and from you. Together, we build sustainable results.
Growing up, sport wasn’t a hobby, it was my identity. From years of mixed martial arts to different team sports, discipline and physical performance were always part of who I am. But in 2016, everything changed.
A motorcycle accident forced me into rehabilitation. Training was no longer about performance — it was about recovery. Rebuilding. Learning how the body truly works.
That period became the turning point.
What started as rehab quickly evolved into a deeper obsession with optimization. I didn’t just want to get back to where I was — I wanted to understand how to build a body that was stronger, more resilient, and engineered for performance. That’s where bodybuilding became more than training. It became a passion.
My coaching reflects that journey.
