WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIFESTYLE COACHING AND CONTEST PREP?
Lifestyle coaching is geared towards the general population. People that want to lose weight, gain weight or become fitter in general. Contest prep is more extreme, meant for people that want to step on stage and compete. Discipline, structure and hard work are needed for both, the main difference is the end goal and the sacrifices that are needed to achieve these goals.
